At Amazing Bounce House Pro, your safety is our top priority. We closely monitor local weather patterns in Palm Bay, Melbourne, and surrounding areas to ensure a fun and secure environment for your event.

Pre-Delivery Monitoring

We ask all customers to keep an eye on the forecast and check the weather the day before your scheduled rental. If you need to cancel due to predicted inclement weather (such as high winds, heavy rain, or lightning), please contact us before the unit is delivered. and set up.

Refund Policy

• Before Setup: Cancellations made due to weather prior to delivery/setup may be eligible for a refund per our standard agreement.

• After Setup: Once the equipment has been delivered and set up at your location, all payments are non-refundable. We cannot provide refunds for weather changes that occur after the equipment is in place.

• Flexible Cancellations: Life happens! If you need to cancel, just let us know before the equipment is set up and delivered.

Safety Guidelines

In the event of high winds (exceeding 15-20mph) or lightning after setup, please evacuate the unit immediately and deflate the blower until conditions improve.
