Weather & Cancellation Policy

At Amazing Bounce House Pro, your safety is our top priority. We closely monitor local weather patterns in Palm Bay, Melbourne, and surrounding areas to ensure a fun and secure environment for your event.

Pre-Delivery Monitoring

We ask all customers to keep an eye on the forecast and check the weather the day before your scheduled rental. If you need to cancel due to predicted inclement weather (such as high winds, heavy rain, or lightning), please contact us before the unit is delivered. and set up.

Refund Policy

  • Before Setup: Cancellations made due to weather prior to delivery/setup may be eligible for a refund per our standard agreement.

  • After Setup: Once the equipment has been delivered and set up at your location, all payments are non-refundable. We cannot provide refunds for weather changes that occur after the equipment is in place.

  • Flexible Cancellations: Life happens! If you need to cancel, just let us know before the equipment is set up and delivered.

Safety Guidelines

In the event of high winds (exceeding 15-20mph) or lightning after setup, please evacuate the unit immediately and deflate the blower until conditions improve.

THE BEST PRICE IN TOWN!!! My daughter’s 9th birthday party was a complete hit with this bounce house water slide! The kids had so much fun and played for hours. No extra games no extra expenses to entertain this thing was all we needed!! 17 kids enjoyed this. The set up was quick and easy! Plugged right into my outside outlet and water hose. The best thing about this house was it didn’t need running water constantly, once the pool was full I could shut the water off! Alan was amazing! Quick response and local so no delivery fees! He was super professional! I will definitely be calling again!

I was referred to him from a friend and I was so happy I was able to use his services for my daughter 5th birthday party she and the others kids and (Adults) had a blast on it. They was on from the time it got put up to it came down. I definitely recommend renting from him. I will definitely be going back.
